About Me.

I believe passionately that the ‘Art of Leadership’ is getting lost in our self-serving world, and I am on a personal mission to inspire others towards leadership excellence for the benefit of all.

I’m Rikki Hunt, Leadership & Performance Coach, Experienced Leader, Consultant, NED, Motivator, International Author and Adventurer.

  • Set up health food business.

  • Director in early days of convenience stores.

  • Marketing Manager UK oil company.

  • Managing Director UK oil company.

  • Set up my own petrol retail business with £10m of venture capital.

  • Raised £100m of syndicated debt and purchased the entire retail network of UK oil company. Making it the third largest independent in Europe.

  • Climbed 3 of the 7 Summits. Achieved 8,350m on Everest.

  • Skied to Magnetic North Pole twice.

  • Appointed by Royal Charter to Serving Brother Order of St John.
